Scouring & Bleaching Agents

Impurities like oil stains, fold marks and dirt etc. in synthetic fabrics (particularly for polyester texturised fabrics) are a big problem for processors. SYNTHOSOL SD has been specially developed to over come any type of impurities. It can be used in scouring as well as dyeing machines to get rid of remnant stains and impurities.

•  SYNTHOSOL SD gives even dyeing without patches.
•  SYNTHOSOL SD saves time, water & effluent by eliminating separate scouring for dyed fabrics.
•  SYNTHOSOL SD gives better penetration of dyes because of better scouring, dispersion & levelling. Low dosage required, upto 1 gpl recommended for scouring with caustic soda or sodium chlorite etc. Also in dyeing along with the dyes and other chemicals it can be used in polyster and it's blends.

• It has low foaming behaviour on soft flow/jet machines.
• SYNTHOWET LF has no cloud point.
• For soft flow machines at temperature 100deg C for 60 to 90 minutes is 1-2 GPL SYNTHOWET LF along with usual chemicals like sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide etc. is recommended.

Synthoclean - Sat is an anionic surface active agent and has found various applications in textiles. It is a versatile general purpose detergent, wetting & penetrating agent in textile processing. Some of its uses are:

• Can be used at different stages of textile processing like scouring, bleaching, kier boiling, desizing, finishing & general soaping.
• Can be used 1GPL to 3 GPL depending on end requirement.
