SYNTHOCAT-100

(An excellect fabric softener)

APPLICATIONS

SYNTHOCAT-100 has found to be of very useful for different types of fabrics. It can be used along with other finishing chemicals very easily after diluting to 20 % paste.

PREPARATION OF 20 % PASTE

Take water - 80 Liter. Heat it to 900 C. Add 20 Kg of SYNTHOCAT -100 slowly under high speed stirring. After complete addition, continue stirring for 45 to 60 minutes for obtaining smooth paste. Adjust the pH between 3 to 4.5 by adding acetic acid to get stable paste. This paste is ready to use in finishing bath.

SYNTHO CSNYW

(Non-yellowing cationic softener for white fabrics)

PROPERTIES

Chemical Nature	Based on fatty acid amine condensates.
Physical appearance	Off white thick dispersion.
pH	Acidic (3.5 to5.5).
Ionic nature	Cationic.
Solubility	Can be diluted with water.
Storage	Good containers should be used. Close properly to avoid oxidation
Handling	Non - hazardous.

APPLICATIONS

SYNTHO NYNIS

(Non yellowing & non-ionic softener)

PROPERTIES

Chemical Nature	Based on esterified polyether dispersion.
Physical appearance	Off white thick dispersion
pH	7.5.
Solubility	Can be diluted with water (preferably warm water 50-60 deg C.)
Ionic nature	Non-ionic.
Storage	Store in cool place and close the lid to avoid oxidation.
Handling	Non - hazardous.

APPLICATIONS

Syntho Nysis is a non yellowing and non-ionic softener and has found uses in a variety of applications. Some of the applications include:

Low viscosity, non-ionic softener specially developed to overcome the problem of incompatibility of cationic softener in finishing bath.
The product is specially important during coating process where anionic chemicals are used.
The use of SYNTHO NYNIS imparts good softness and pliability.
It is applied by pad-dry method on woven goods and by exhaust for knitted and garments.

SYNTHOSOFT SWNI is a reactive softener with extra whiteness. It Has following applications.

Being extra white, it gives brightness to thefabric.
It gives softness & body filling effect on cotton, synthetic & blends.
It is very stable to high drying temperatures & no yellowing is observed on the finished fabrics.
It is very effective on Turkish towels.

Chemical nature	A Vinyl Acrylic co-polymer.
Physical appearance	White paste.
pH	5.5 to 6.5
Solubility	Dispersible in water. Use high speed stirrers.
Stability	Good .Store in cool & dry place to avoid formation of lumps.
Compatibility	Good with other finishing agents.

APPLICATIONS

SYNTHOTOUGH imparts excellent stiffness when applied by pad-dry-cure method at 140 deg. C temp for 4 to 5 minutes.
Can be used along with resins,silicones,acrylic emulsions etc.
Gives long lasting finish to the fabrics.
Has better shelf life when lid of the container is closed properly to avoid skin formation by drying of surface material.
