Chemical nature Dimethyl poly siloxane.
Physical appearance Milky white emulsion
pH Acidic.
Solubility Easily dispersible in water.

APPLICATIONS
SYNTHO - D- FOAM is suitable for wide range of industrial batch processing applications. These include :-
  • Petroleum refining.
  • Textile processing.
  • Leather finishing.
  • Fermentation processes.
  • Oil & antifreeze operation.
The chemical is used, where foaming creates intense problems especially where aqueous systems are followed. Addition of SYNTHO - D - FOAM prevents formation of foam & if formed then it eliminates it in seconds.

APPLICATIONS
  • SYNTHOLEVEL DFT is a levelling & dispersing agent for disperse dyeing.
  • SYNTHOLEVEL DFT can be used as stripping agent when used in higher concentration.
  • SYNTHOLEVEL DFT is very effective in machine cleaning after dark shade dyeing.

APPLICATIONS
  • SYNTHOLUBE - J is used in desizing &cellulase enzyme bath as a very effective lubricant.
  • SYNTHOLUBE - J prevents chaff, crush & crack marks.
  • SYNTHOLUBE - J is stable under high shear conditions.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
In garment desizing Syntholube - J can be added upto 0.25 %.

(A strong dye fixing agent)

Chemical Nature Nitrogen containing condensation product.
Physical appearance Colorless to pale yellow liquid
pH 4 to 5.
Solubility Soluble in water in all proportions.
Stability Good
Ionic nature Cationic

APPLICATIONS
  • For cotton, viscose & wool fabrics , SYNTHOFIX-DF is very effective in preventing the tenancy of reactive & direct dyeing's & prints to bleed in water.
  • SYNTHOFIX-DF being cationic in nature, combines with the dye anion to produce a complex, which is insoluble. The resulting compound does not hydrolyze & is fixed to the fabrics. The reason for bleeding is adsorption of loose dye which starts as soon as dyed material comes in contact with water.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
SYNTHOFIX-DF - 1 to 3 grams per liter at room temperature for 10 to 30 min. It is recommended to use the slightly acidic bath. ( pH should be 5 to 6. Use acetic acid, )

FORMALDEHYDE FREE DYE FIXING AGENT

pH 4 to5.
Solubility Soluble in water in all proportions.
Compatibility Not compatible with anionic products.
Ionic nature Cationic.
Handling Non - Hazardous.

APPLICATIONS
  • For Cotton & viscose fabrics, SYNTHOFIX-FF is very effective in preventing the tenancy of reactive & direct dyeing's & prints to bleed in water.
  • SYNTHOFIX FF is recommended where formaldehyde free product is required where optimum washing fastness is desired.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
  • For Light shades 0.5 % to 1.0 %
  • For Medium shades 1.0 % to 1.5 %
  • For Dark shades 2.0 % to 3.0 %
