SYNTHOKILL P
(An effecient peroxide killer)
SYNTHOKILL-P is a catalase
enzyme produced from aspergillums. The enzyme catalyses in the
transformation of hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water.
SYNTHOKILL-P is used in the removal of residual hydrogen
peroxide used in bleaching of textiles before dyeing. This
removal is important to ensure the proper dyeing without
oxidation. This also ensures the eco-friendliness of effluent.
BENEFITS
- Removes residual hdrogen peroxide.
- Reduces water consumption.
- Reduces process time.
- Same bath dyeing.
- No effect on textile fiber and dyes.
- Eco-friendly and biodegradable.
- Lesser load on effluent.

USAGE GUIDELINES
There are many factors affecting the
removal of peroxide from the bath such as
» Type of process equipment.
» Process temperature and pH.
However, following steps can be followed for the optimum result
:
- Drain the bleach liquor.
- Take fresh water adquate for further process.
- Maintain the pH between 5 and 10 and temperature,
below 75 deg C.
- Add 0.2-1 gpl SYNTHOKILL-P.
- Check for the removal of hydrogen peroxide after
10-20 min.
- Continue dyeing process in the bath.
